CD Project Red has hinted the possibility of implementing a controversial feature, or at least one convenient feature in regard to The Bruno Fans are concerned, in The Bruno 4, or as the next delivery of the series is called. CD Project Red has already confirmed that the development of the next game in The Bruno The series will begin next year. At this time, everything that says the Polish developer on the game, well, for the most part. During a recent call of profits with investors, CPR entered the title further.
In statements to investors, the president of CPR, Adam Kaminski, said that the multiplayer mode will be introduced gradually in the two main series of the company. Cyberpunk 2077 and The Bruno. Up to this moment, the latter has been an experience for a player strictly guided by the narrative, but that can change with the next installment.
We are planning to add multiplayer functionality in the future to both franchises, including cyberpunk, gradually, said Kaminski. We are not revealing what franchise will be the first to receive such functionality, but the first attempt will be something we can learn, and then we can add more and more, so, we want to open our experiences from a multiplayer player, But we want to add these functions gradually.
In the past, CPR is committed to creating role-playing games for a single player. Nothing is known about this change, but it seems that the multiplayer and live service elements could be introduced into these games and possibly dilute the purity of the experience for a single player.
Until The Bruno 4 is revealed, it is difficult to know how much the Bruno Fans should be worried about this. Add multiplayer and live service elements to the series will change it, but it is still to be seen if these changes will be important, much less for worse.
As always, feel free to leave a comment or two to let us know what you think or, alternatively, contact me on Twitter Tyler Fischer to talk about everything related to games. Should CD Project Red add multiplayer and live service elements to The Bruno Or keep it as a single player series?
