newcomer as a relegation candidate number one
Newcomer Bietigheim is immediately first candidate for the re-introduced descent of at least one DEL team to the DEL2. Initially, the Steelers in the summer was almost completely on their rise gadder, which with Keeper Sami Aittokallio and the already del-experienced storms Brendan Ranford and the former Straubinger Rauhbist Mitchell Heard then received another appreciation. Nevertheless, the squad can hardly be compared to the German positions with the competition of the established del teams, so that the league in the ascent season would certainly come surprisingly.
The rather mau occupied German positions are also the reason why the Krefeld Penguine continues to be traded as a relegation candidate. Compared to last season, in which the traditional club from the silk city has been lasted by far, the keV has become quite namely strengthened at least on import items. Not least, the Slovenian national stern Robert Sabolic (once Ingolstadt), the lively American Jeremy Bracco or the defender Arturs Kulda (came from Nuremberg) and Patrik Hersley, who have great international experience.
Although the width of the German actors with Alexander White and Dominik Tiffels was also slightly reinforced, here is lacking in the silk städter, however, quality.

The DEL new arrivals for the 2021/22 season
Something different is the situation in Nuremberg and Dusseldorf. Both clubs have recently closed in terms of budget compared to previous years, which can be recognized especially on import items. ICE TIGERS-NEWENZEND RYAN STOA is one more exception.
However, at least in the field of players with German passport, both teams - not only due to the del-Altstars Alex Barta (DEG) and Patrick Reimer (Nuremberg) - are slightly deeper than the competition with a similar collar. The DEG with Daniel Fish Book has an offensive international player, the francs could commit with Tim Fleischer, Marko Friedrich (both Iserlohn) or Charlie Jahnke (Dusseldorf) talented German players from direct competitors.
Due to the question marks on the important import-player positions, however, both francs such as Rheinlanders belong to the circle of teams who have to make descent worries.
