US float Murphy raises doping allegations against double Olympic champion Rylov

After his defeat in the final over 200 m back, US float Ryan Murphy has raised doping allegations against the double Olympic champion Jevgeni Rylov. "I swim in a race that is probably not clean," said the gold medalist of Rio and said his Russian successor.
